Nando‘s Mediterranean Tomato Cooking Sauce

Mix the grated mozzarella and breadcrumbs with the Nando‘s Mediterranean Tomato Cooking Sauce. Slit a pocket into each of the chicken breasts and stuff with the cheese and marinade mix. Heat the olive oil in a heavy-based frying pan. Add garlic and chicken breasts and fry until a golden colour on both sides. Reduce heat and fry for a further 10 minutes, turning chicken frequently until cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the rest of the Nando‘s Mediterranean Tomato Cooking Sauce with the cream and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Serve chicken on a bed of green beans or asparagus, drizzled with sauce.
